That's what a 9-1-1 Volusia County Sheriff's dispatcher told a concerned neighbor who called in to report three suspicious people hanging out by their car at a vacant home at 1919 Holly Place near South Daytona at about 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. It was the right call, Sheriff's officials said.
