Mayor's Golf Tournament in April

NSBNEWS.net file photo by Henry Frederick. The Mayor's Challenge Golf Tournament at the NSB Municipal Golf Course will be hosted this year by Adam Barringer, who was elected mayor in the November elections.
NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- Last year the city hosted the Mayor's Challenge Golf Tournament to raise money, benefiting youth athletics. Due in part to last year's success, The Parks & Recreation Department has set a date making this an annual fundraising event.
The date is Saturday April 17 with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start at the Municipal Golf Course. Sponsors and players are needed. Please contact "Parks & Rec" at 386-424-2175 for more information.
