The video includes an arrest in progress for a young man who refused to leave Razzle's after he was told to leave because he was being disorderly, police said, adding he was taken into custody without incident.

Spring Break and BCR are shadows of themselves, which are good in terms of peace and quiet, yet no so good in helping the local economy because tourism is the name of the game.
