NSBNews.net renews membership with Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce

NSBNEWS.NET IS VOLUSIA COUNTY'S 24/7 ONLINE NEWSPAPER REPORTING FROM NEW SMYRNA BEACH

NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- NSBNews.net has renewed its annual membership with the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce for a fourth year.

NSBNews.net provided SEV Chamber Director/Vice President Samantha Bishop with a $250 check Tuesday for the annual membership, which begins Oct. 1.

NSBnews.net's membership with the chamber has absolutely no impact on its news coverage, period.

NSBNews.net operates in New Smyrna Beach. It was launched April 7, 2008, as a 24/7 digital newspaper serving New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater and Oak Hill. In October, coverage was expanded to include all of Volusia County with a second URL label: VolusiaNews.net.

To date, NSBNews.net has amassed nearly 800,000 unique visitors and 1.3 million page views. It also has 2,500 e-mail subscribers and more than 9,100 friends/likes on Facebook. NSBNews.net's top stories and images are carried by Google News directories with unfettered and immediate placement on the world wide web.

NSBNews.net also has memberships with IRE (Investigative Reporters & Editors), the National Society of Professional Journalists, the North-Central Florida chapter Society of Professional Journalists and the Florida Press Club.

NSBNews.net is incorporated with the state of Florida as NSB NEWS LLC.
