Arty Pommerantz, a retired photojournalist with the New York Post, shot this photo in 1995, as a going-away present for Henry Frederick, a metro reporter for the Journal News, a suburban newspaper in West Nyack, NY., who was relocating to Daytona Beach, FL to continue his career.
