Shira Beth Wild is married and lives in New Smyrna Beach. She is an avid
feral feline and Trap Neuter Return advocate and volunteers her time caring,
feeding, and TNR-ing cats in Volusia County. Her love of felines blossomed
as a child In Connecticut. She has assisted in the trapping,spaying and
neutering of over 100 feral cats in New Smyrna Beach, the placement of of
many adoptables and helped create monthly New Smyrna Beach Low Cost Feral
Spay and Days. She credits "Concerned Citizens For Animal Welfare" for her
ability to help people help the felines. Feral cats are not
a cat problem. They are a people problem.
